1 rack Ribs

2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1/4-1/2 cup BBQ Spice Rub

2.5 cups Lucky Leaf Apple Fruit Filling

1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Method

  1. Rub mustard and BBQ spice rub on the ribs, then smoke at 225°F for 3 hours.
  2. Spread apple fruit filling on foil, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and place ribs meat side down.
  3. Wrap, smoke for 2 more hours, check if bones protrude.  Serve with apple filling on top and cut into portions.
