Cherry Chocotinis

This elegant but simple dessert is composed of pound cake, chocolate, cherries and whipped topping and lusciously presented in a martini glass.

3 qt. cubed prepared pound cake (1/2-inch cubes)
2 qt. prepared chocolate pudding
2 qt. (64 oz.) LUCKY LEAF® Premium Cherry Pie Filling
2 qt. whipped dessert topping
1 1/2 cups miniature chocolate chips

Method

  1. For Each Serving: Line bottom of a large martini or cocktail glass with 1/2 cup pound cake cubes. Spoon 1/3 cup chocolate pudding over cake cubes. Ladle 1/3 cup LUCKY LEAF® Premium Cherry Pie Filling evenly over top of pudding layer. Finish the dessert with a 1/3 cup mound of whipped topping and a 1 Tbsp. sprinkling of chocolate chips. Serve immediately.These desserts can be prepared ahead of time up to the pie filling layer. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Finish by mounding with whipped topping and sprinkling with chips just before serving.
